If you’ve been following Oris on social media over the last week, you’re likely already familiar with their Local Heroes initiative. In an effort to foster goodwill, make people smile, and raise awareness for the fight against Covid-19, Oris has been recognizing Local Heroes who are doing their part in this difficult time, and gifting them watches. This campaign proved to be so popular over the last week that Oris has decided to extend it.
It’s very simple. If there’s someone in your community that you’d like to recognize (it can be a medical professional, teacher, public transit worker, grocery clerks, and so forth) all you need to do is post a photo of them on Instagram and tag @Oris and @Orisbear with the hashtag #inthistogether. Oris will choose Local Heroes each week, and have pledged to give away 50 watches.
