Job Title: Digital Media Manager

Reports to: CEO

Job Overview: Worn & Wound is seeking a Digital Media Manager to strengthen and manage all digital communications across social media and email platforms. The position will also support our advertising sales team to onboard new clients, administer campaigns, and produce campaign performance reports. This is a new position with significant opportunity for growth. 


  • Social Media and other Digital Communications
    • Create content for the Worn & Wound, Windup Watch Shop, and Windup Watch Fair social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
    • Evaluate alternative social media platforms and determine which content is best suited for each. 
    • Maintain brand consistency across platforms.
    • Monitor analytics and develop strategies to accelerate the growth of all accounts.
    • Manage a calendar of email campaigns and produce email content. 
  • Advertising
    • Develop custom advertising campaigns in partnership with advertising sales and creative team members.
    • Oversee the collection of advertising assets – work with creative team members to create assets as needed.
    • Ensure all advertising campaigns are published on time.
    • Track campaign performance and produce detailed reports for advertising partners.
    • Build, launch, and manage social media advertising campaigns. 

Required skills:

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and growth strategies.
  • Experience with social media marketing and management tools, such as Hootsuite or Later.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
  • Basic understanding of the Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Ad Manager platform is a plus (position will require developing a strong understanding of the platform).
  • An interest in watches and the watch industry are a plus.

Job Title: Warehouse Specialist

Reports to: Christa Chance, Customer Service and Logistics Manager 

Job Overview: Support all shipping needs of the Windup Watch Shop and Worn & Wound. Under the direction of the Customer Service and Logistics Manager, fulfill customer orders, process incoming inventory, support the rest of the Worn & Wound team with all shipping needs, assist with maintaining, organizing, and cleaning warehouses, etc. This is a part-time position that has the possibility of transitioning to full-time by the end of 2021.


  • Ship Windup Watch Shop orders.
  • Process incoming shipments of products from suppliers.
  • Assist with the organization of all warehouse facilities.
  • Assist with a quarterly physical inventory count.
  • Update and maintain discrepancies of inventory on a constant basis.
  • Assist with supply level monitoring and reordering. 
  • Work with the broader Worn & Wound team to receive and ship packages. 
  • Break down and prepare cardboard/paper waste for recycling. 
  • Additional tasks as needed.

Required skills:

  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Ability to make accurate and efficient inventory counts and perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Understand and be able to learn industry-specific technology.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, walk continuously and lift, carry, push, pull, reach, grasp, bend and stack cartons for up to 8 hours at a time and up to 50 lbs.
  • Knowing Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel, and Google applications, such as Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc. 
  • This position will require a commitment of approximately 10 hours per week to start and will operate out of our Brooklyn warehouse (Park Slope/Gowanus area).
