Digital Marketing Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about watches and possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies. This individual will be responsible for executing email and social media marketing campaigns, as well as managing paid advertising across various platforms to drive traffic and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing:

    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
    • Create compelling email content, including newsletters, promotions, and product announcements.
    • Segment email lists based on customer characteristics and behaviors to optimize targeting and personalization.
    • Monitor email performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and implement strategies for improvement.

Social Media Marketing:

    • Manage social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) to enhance brand presence and engagement.
    • Create and schedule engaging social media posts, including product showcases, user-generated content, and industry news.
    • Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual assets and maintain brand consistency across social media channels.

Paid Advertising:

    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, Reddit, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
    • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
    • Monitor ad performance metrics, such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and adjust strategies as needed to meet KPIs.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure campaigns are optimized for success.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience, including email marketing, social media management, and paid advertising.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo), social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite), and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Passion for watches and understanding of the watch industry are preferred.
