Job Title: Windup Watch Shop Coordinator

Job Overview: Worn & Wound is seeking a talented project manager to lead several key functions at the Windup Watch Shop. This includes coordinating a calendar of product releases to ensure all needed assets are created, creating and updating product, brand, and other pages on Shopify, and working closely with various team members and contractors to meet deadlines. The Shop Coordinator will also help support our participation in in-person events, such as pop-up shops and Worn & Wound’s watch event, the Windup Watch Fair.  

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Shopify platform, including creating product/brand pages, collections, and more. 
  • Both independently and in-coordination with copywriters produce written content for the various Shopify pages listed above (product descriptions, brand descriptions, etc). 
  • Review existing pages and content for grammar, typos, consistency, and product updates. Update pages on a regular basis for new styling, product changes, and vendor updates.
  • Create and manage shop editorial calendar incorporating shop Chronicle posts, emails, social media campaigns, etc.
  • Coordinate asset production by working with other team members and managing the workflow to hit deadlines.
    • Photography – work with contracted and in-house photographers to manage production and meet deadlines. Produce assets for various platforms – shop, social media, email, etc.
    • Advertising assets – Manage the creation of web-based ads and shop page graphics in coordination with photographers and graphic designers
    • Printed materials – Manage the creation of printed materials (packaging, inserts, etc) for consumer shipments and events. Manage an inventory of printed materials for products and tradeshows.
  • Setup and manage a system for collaborative proofing and approvals. Identify software platforms as needed (ex. ProofHQ).

Requirements:

  • Experience with all aspects and functionality of the Shopify platform.
  • Effective writing skills, with an emphasis on quick, snappy copy.
  • Well organized and proven ability to meet deadlines.
