Wind-Up is just two weeks away, so we figured we’d take a closer look at some of the brands that are coming and what they’ll have to offer. Before getting into it, here’s a quick reminder of the event details:

A revival of the storied Italian brand, now Swiss based their watches have classic, rugged designs. Be sure to check out their Militare Chronographs with unique 12 o’clock crown placement.
Based out of Chicago, Astor + Banks make US assembled sport watches. Their new Pilomatic will be on display for the first time at Wind-Up.
Inspired by the golden era of racing, Autodromos watches are stylish, sporty pieces with a distinct eye for design. Come by their booth on Saturday and get a copy of Drive Time signed by author Aaron Sigmund.
An American classic known for their use of tritium tubes and unique materials. Be sure to check out their Engineer Master II Slide Chronograph, which features a clever mechanism for activating the chronograph.
Inspired by coffee culture and the machines that make our favorite beverage. Come see Brew’s new HP-1 automatic, on display in public for the first time at Wind-Up.
C&B are a well known source for inexpensive straps. Come by to check out their veritable rainbow of nylon straps.
Originally founded in the 1920’s, this new revival is focusing on value driven, vintage styled sport watches. Wind-Up is the first time Eza will be on display in the US.
This new British brand focuses on stylish everyday watches with mid-century aesthetics. Wind-Up will be their first time showing their watches in the US, including their brand new automatics.
Founded by a photographer and art director, Foto Nouveau’s watches draw from classic camera designs. This very unique brand will be a favorite of photogs that come to Wind-Up.
The Belgium brand has made a name for themselves with unique and clever designs that play by their own rules. Gavox will have their new Avidiver watches on display this year at Wind-Up.
Horage did the unthinkable and developed their own automatic movement, complete with silicon escapement! They’ll be bring a watchmaker with them who will be assembling their K1 movement all weekend at Wind-Up.
The French newcomer has focused on design-centric watches with unique displays. Klokers will be for sale at Wind-Up, their first major showing in the US.

Does Lüm-Tec really need an intro on worn&wound? LT is known for their US assembled tool watches with aggressive designs and great lume. Be sure to try on their Combat B Composite to see just how light and comfortable a tool watch can be.
MKII:
The cult favorite, MKII’s line of perfectly made watches draw from classic references. MKII will have their new Hawkinge line on display at Wind-Up, and man are they cool.
NYC based, Martenero is known for their line of affordable and classy timepieces. They’ll have something brand new and very cool on display for the first time at Wind-Up.
German-based, Swiss-made, Meistersinger’s one-handed watches are as beautifully made as they are designed. New from Basel 2016, Meistersinger will have their small but personality-packed Phaneros at Wind-Up.
A Wind-Up veteran, Mühle returns with their catalog of overbuilt tool watches and elegant dress pieces. If you’ve never seen or tried on their SAR watch, you are in for a real treat.
The Chicago-based brand returns to Wind-Up for a second year. They’ll have their new Sandford dual-crown watch on view, and it’s a looker.
Oris:
Though they are over 100 years old, Oris manages to stay one of the most relevant brands for the value conscious watch consumer. Divers 65, ProPilot, Caliber 111… they’ll all be there, so be sure to set aside some extra time for Oris.
A small Italian brand, they exclusively make pilots watches and chronographs. Did I mention their cases are made from retired jet engine turbines? We’re really excited to have them as part of Wind-Up this year.
Based in Denmark, REC takes pieces of classic cars that are beyond repair, and recycles them into unique, one of a kind watches. Their new P-51 watches, which feature pieces of Ford Mustangs, will be on display… another first at Wind-Up.
Sablier returns to Wind-Up with their unique concave crystals. Sablier is heavily inspired by wine appreciation… So if you like wine, and who doesn’t, be sure to check them out.
Schmutz makes art that is in disguise as a watch. No really, their dials are limited runs that are created by working artists. They’ll have a painter at their booth, creating dials live.
Stevral are the makers of Benarus and Raven, two cult tool watch brands with exceptional build and engineering quality. If you’re in the market for a watch that can take a real beating, these are the guys for you.
A favorite from Germany, Stowa’s line of watches are hard to beat for their attention to detail and great values. Stowa will have their new and very eccentric Flieger Professional at Wind-Up, the first and only chance to see it on US soil.
We’re beyond excited to have Squale joining us this year at Wind-Up. A dive watch brand with an incredible history, these pieces are gorgeous and well-priced. We’re anticipating a great showing from the brand, including their new Squalematic 60 ATM, on view for the first time at Wind-Up.
A new London-based watch brand, their luxury time pieces feature Mu-metal movement holders allowing them to have display case backs while protecting the movements from magnetic fields. We’re very exited to have the opportunity to introduce Van Brauge at Wind-Up.
Ok, a little shameless self-promotion here, but we’ll have a range of our American-made watch straps and cases, as well as our new Strap-Changing Multi-Tool and Avi-8 collaboration watch on display at Wind-Up. And if the gods of manufacturing smile upon, some amazing new and very luxurious rolls and folds.
