Windup Watch Shop Fall Lookbook 2024

With homecomings, county fairs, and evening fires, the cooling temperatures bring with them the slow shift of change. Out comes the knitwear, sturdy shoes, and leather straps; warm classics that are always ready to do their part. It’s a time to regroup — to step back and admire what has come and to ready for the coming winter. Our Fall 2024 Lookbook celebrates this change, collecting items from across the WindUp Shop that emphasize a passion for design, watches, and everyday essentials for this — and every — time of year.

Measuring that time is important. With new timepieces in the shop, ready to slip under your favorite cardigan while you lounge in a cherished armchair, and plenty of new straps to breathe new life into your collection, there’s no better time to prepare. Turn over a new leaf with a Horween Shell Cordovan or Model 2 strap, versatile and hard-wearing straps ready for both the big game as well as an evening out.

Watches like the Junghans Max Bill Chronograph and Fortis Flieger offer a sort of minimalism that well-suits the season, blending into an evening bonfire as well as they do a hayride. Or, for a more vibrant approach, the likes of the Laco Grün, ADPT Series 1 Dual Time, and Paulin Neo offer exciting ways to mix things up for the coming season. With a complementary strap from the Windup WatchShop, a languishing piece may just become your new favorite.

The things we carry. They mark our lives, becoming talismans of what’s most important to us. They possess function, of course, but it’s the comforting role they play that is their true importance. Take a good pen like the CW&T Type-A or Tactile Turn Side Click — with premium materials and long-lasting refills, they welcome daily use and will only improve with time.

Take the opportunity this fall to reevaluate your tools — maybe a new EDC light from Olight, an easily pocketable tool from the Gerber, or a luxurious pouch for your favorite strap-changing tool. Don’t forget about caring for your collection when traveling to see loved ones and places, either. The WindUp Hexagon Watch Tube and Rickshaw Bagsworks Timekeeper 4 offer versatile storage options to make travel a breeze.

Everything featured in the Fall Lookbook is available on the Windup Watch Shop. Clothing was provided by Filson and includes their Flannel Work Shirt, Wool Sweater, Cruising Shirt, Pioneer Pocket T-Shirt, Lined Jeans, and Canvas Pants. As always, the Windup Watch Team is available for consultations to answer any questions. Additionally, all our products are eligible for free domestic shipping within the US.
