Hey! Today, we’re excited to launch a new VIDEO series here on Worn & Wound called “A Week in Watches”. I know, it’s very original, and yes, there will still be written posts (like this one) to accompany them, but the meat is in the video. The idea? Well, it’s simple, we’re going to take a look back at the last week of watches and highlight a few stories, releases, and whatever else we feel like. The format is straight-up talking-head news style. It’s going to be fun, fairly fast-paced, and, hopefully, informative.
Before we get into it, we really want your constructive feedback on this! Please let us know what you think below, on YouTube, or shoot us an email at [email protected] – and yes, I’m already aware that I need a haircut. We want this series to develop over time to be as educational as it is entertaining, so please do send us your suggestions.
Ok! For this first week, I hit four stories that I had more to say about than I first realized. We started in Switzerland with the announcement that Jean-Claude Biver joined Norqain as an advisor to the board, and ended up in Japan with Seiko 5’s exciting new GMTs.
This week’s episode is brought to you by the Windup Watch Shop – yeah, our online watch store. Should you be looking for a new watch, strap, clock, watch roll, cool piece of EDC, and more, head over to windupwatchshop.com – you might just find what you’re looking for.
One last thing, please be sure to like the video and subscribe to our channel on YouTube!
Until next week, thanks!
