QUICK RELEASE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH DIATOM

Diatom Looks to the Cosmos With the Terra Meteorite Collection

Diatom couldn’t have found a more opportune time to release their latest Terra collection. With the Artemis II mission bringing humans farther into space than ever before, there is a renewed sense of interest in space – and all the wonders that come with it. Luckily, Diatom’s six new watches under the Terra Meteorite Collection allow for a bit of the cosmos to sit right on your wrist.

Central to the collection is the dial, which has been cut from a 4.5 billion-year-old Gibeon meteorite, which is composed of an iron-nickel composition and each watch in this collection is enhanced with Diatom’s most advanced color technology. The six colorways include: Graphite, which stays closest to the raw material, with a darker, more monochrome look; Azure, which moves into a deeper blue, pulling from open sky and water tones; Verdant, which introduces a richer green, giving the collection a more grounded feel; Dune, which brings in a warmer, sand-toned finish that lightens things up, Arctic, which is the palest of the group, showing more of the meteorite’s natural pattern; and Lagoon, which sits between blue and green, with a brighter, more coastal tone.

This collection is limited to 650 pieces for Graphite, Azure, Dune, Arctic, and Lagoon and just 50 pieces for Verdant.

The meteorite dial is complemented by a chapter ring forged from a proprietary alloy that combines titanium with authentic material recovered from the Apollo 11 Command Module. The case is made from 316L stainless steel and measured in at 39.5mm, keeping an easy-to-wear profile and lets the natural beauty of the watch speak for itself. Each watch is paired with a suede-like Alcantara strap, which contrasts the steel case and metallic Gibeon meteorite.

The watch runs on a Sellita SW200 movement, which has been space-tested and promised a 38-hour power reserve.

And perhaps most exciting for space-lovers of all is knowing that each watch within the Terra Meteorite collection is flown 120,000 feet above the Earth and high-definition footage of this voyage is included with the watch.

The Terra Meteorite Collection is available for pre-order now via Diatom’s website, with shipments coming in May 2026 for Verdant and June 2026 for the remaining colorways.
