QUICK RELEASE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH SPINNAKER

Spinnaker’s New Hass Automatic Uses Ocean Plastic Dials

In honor of Earth Day, Spinnaker has partnered with 4ocean on a limited-edition version of its Hass dive watch, honoring 4ocean’s work removing plastic waste from oceans, rivers, and coastlines. The result is the Hass Automatic 4ocean Limited Edition, with every purchase contributing to 4ocean’s mission.

Founded in 2017, 4ocean has built its work around removing plastic waste from waterways while also creating living-wage jobs in coastal communities affected by pollution. It is with this mission statement in mind that each dial in the Hass Automatic 4ocean collection is made from recycled plastic.

The collection is divided into four colorways, each tied to a different marine ecosystem under threat from pollution: Manatee (blue), Sharks (black), Sea Turtles (green), and Coral Reefs (purple). Due to the nature of the material used, each dial has its own unique texture and variation—making each watch truly one-of-a-kind.

The collection is built on the existing Hass Automatic silhouette and features a stainless steel case measuring 43mm wide, with 300 meters of water resistance, a screw-down crown, and an anti-reflective sapphire crystal. Inside, the watch runs on a Japanese M-MIY-8215-D3BKW automatic movement.

The Hass Automatic 4ocean Limited Edition is available now via Spinnaker’s website. Each colorway is limited to 375 pieces and priced at $500.
