Chicago based brand Oak & Oscar have solidified a strong following with watches like the Olmstead and Burnham as well as the pride they take in maintaining relationships with the owners of their watches. Oak & Oscar founder, Chase Fancher recently made news by bringing on an in-house watchmaker to the team. We sat down with both of them to discuss what the move means and what we can look forward to in the future as a result. That starts with their new Olmstead Matte, a refined take on their classic three-hander.

Oak & Oscar watchmaker, Nathan Bobinchak joins us for this discussion and provides a look at his experience and what drew him to the independent scene. Watches are clearly more than a job for Nathan, they are a passion and he shares that with us in the video below. Learn more about Oak & Oscar here.
