Baltic continues to carry momentum after their first Only Watch appearance (which brought $50k) with the release of new limited edition watches for Revolution Magazine, and UAE based retailer, Perpétuel. Great LEs are nothing new to Baltic, of course, as we’ve known around here since March of 2020, and with these latest examples, the young French brand continues to prove just how well their base designs work. The latest models build on existing themes, as well as venture into new ground for emerging markets.
For Revolution & The Rake, we find a Bicompax Pulso with a copper tone salmon dial and black accents that takes inspiration from the model auctioned for The Pink Dial Project (which sold for $10,200). The numerals are removed from the dial to make way for a more prominent sector layout featuring thick black outlines. A pulsometer chronograph scale frames the dial at the perimeter, while a subtle star at 6 denotes the partnership with Revolution & The Rake.
