Brass, Chicago, & Anniversaries – Our Interview with Oak & Oscar at the Windup Watch Fair

This year marked the first time our Windup Watch Fair came to the midwest, setting up shop in Chicago’s west loop neighborhood. Chicago also happens to be home to a number of brands exhibiting at the fair, including long time attendee Oak & Oscar. In celebrating the brand’s 7th anniversary, Oak & Oscar released a very special, and indeed very limited Humboldt that was available only at the Windup Watch Fair. It didn’t last long. In our interview we discuss the watch and its creation with Chase and his watchmaker, Nathan Bobinchak, along with a few other surprises.

Read more about the Humboldt, which was made using brass components, right here, and don’t miss more from Oak & Oscar right here. Enjoy our interview below and keep an eye out for details on our upcoming Windup Watch Fair New York coming later this year.
