A few weeks ago we announced a handful of new straps, including Shell Cordovan Model 2’s. We unveiled them first at the Pop Up Flea in NYC to great success, and now, after a few weeks of waiting, they are for sale and ready to ship. As a quick reminder, here is what we got:
Model 2 Shell Cordovan
Shell Cordovan is just about the best (and rarest) leather out there, one that is highly regarded for use in watch straps, so we knew we had to get it. It’s thing, but strong with almost not stretch and has a beautiful, luxurious sheen… so, it’s a natural compliment to our Model 2 style. Our initial collection includes Whiskey, Burgundy, Navy and Mahogany color ways with complimenting stitch, all available in 18, 20 and 22mm for $89. Pick one up here.
Model 2 Cognac and Coal
In addition to the Cordovan, we’ve added a couple of new colors to the core, Horween leather collection; Cognac and Coal. Cognac is a rich, earthy-brown with orange and clay tones and Coal is dark and smokey. Both will uniquely compliment your watches. Check them out here.
Model 1 Russet
Lastly we added one new color to our Model 1 range; Russet. This has quickly become one of our favorite leathers, so we had to make Model 1’s out of it. The matte, oily leather from Horween is unlike any other. It ages incredibly, giving you a dark, masculine patina and is just amazingly supple. These look great against rugged watches.
