QUICK RELEASE in Partnership with Jack Mason

Evolve Your Collection with the Jack Mason Hydrotimer

Jack Mason is at it again by launching a new dive watch, the Hydrotimer, based off the Strat-o-timer platform. As Jack Mason evolves the brand towards an enthusiast customer, their goal with the Hydrotimer is to establish a watch that they believe can be an instant classic and an icon to the brand.

From Peter Cho, Co-Founder and Designer, “We wanted to create a watch where value was offered beyond a spec sheet. How do we create another dive watch that was beautiful in design, but provided a better quality of watch life? How do we exploit our strength in design and experience in the industry to create a compelling package altogether?”

Their solution came down to 3 main points: Scratch resistance coating, Regulate the movements in-house, and American Assembly. If Jack Mason’s goal was to focus on a higher level of watch production and service, this certainly helps. If their goal was to establish a classic icon, they nailed that too. Finally, Jack Mason’s long term goal is to become a legacy brand in their home state of Texas. In order to achieve that, high quality products helps, but investing in the proper operations to stick around for a long time is vital to a watch business.

The Hydrotimer boasts an impressive +/- 5 seconds per day from the Miyota 9039 and is regulated after the movement is assembled into the watch here in the US. This watch is robust with features as it is good looking.

The Hydrotimer is available today on the Jack Mason Website starting at $889.00.
